Scott Cables Ltd operate a robust and effective quality management system that understands and responds to the needs and expectations of the industries, customers and interested parties that we work with. The foundation of our QMS is established in commitment at the highest level of management and the promotion of the right culture and values throughout our organisation and supply chain. Our QMS aims to fully capture customers’ needs and then to convert these into products and services that are provided at the right time and to the expected level of quality.
Our QMS is built on the core principles and requirements of standards such as ISO9001 and AS9100 and we continue to maintain certification to these through the British Standards Institution.
Scott Cables are experienced in working with customers that provide products into a wide variety of applications including those that are safety critical. As such we have ensured that our QMS is appropriately responsive in capturing and fulfilling all applicable requirements.
Working within the cable assembly / electronics sector, we ensure that all our technical and operations staff are fully trained to industry and technology related practices such as those defined in IPC-A-620.

Complementing and integrated with our QMS, Scott Cables also run an environmental management system that is certified to ISO14001 requirements, through the British Standards Institution. Operating within a modern and up to date facility along with our low impact processes, means that we can consistently achieve environmental objectives that exceed the expectations of our interested parties.
We are proud to be certified and comply to the requirements of the Cyber Essentials Scheme.
